Over the past 9 years I've helped hundreds of women around the world reach their ideal weight, lower their stress, boost self esteem, break up with bad habits, and feel fit, feminine & fabulous all over again.
What I didn't do was to ask them follow a strict diet or crazy exercise routine. Instead, I taught them how to use my exclusive healthy living framework to create a body and life that they love — on their own terms.
My clients include stay at home mums, retirees, female CEOs and Hollywood celebrities. They come to me because they know that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living, and that transforming your life starts with transforming yourself.
I know this because it's my story too. Since breaking up with the conventional diet and fitness advice, I've lost over 40 pounds of body fat, overcome the daily rhetoric of negative self-talk, doubled my energy, and healed my relationship with food.
Now I'm here to help you do the same, with guidance, accountability, expertise, and a daily dose of self love

Fit, Feminine & Fabulous is my signature 1:1 fitness, nutrition and lifestyle program, that shows you how to transform your body and life in the simplest way possible. And it's all done from the comfort of your own home!
This Program Will:
Help you break the habits that have been holding you back from falling in love with your body and life
Show you how to eat better and feel fitter without taking the fun out of life
Teach you how to stop dieting once and for all (and still reach and maintain an ideal weight!)
Give you simple strategies to reduce stress and make more time for yourself
Keep you accountable for achieving your health and fitness goals
This Program Won't:
Be a one-size-fits-all fitness and nutrition program
Dictate what foods you can and can't eat
Require you to join a gym
Keep you from having fun in your daily life

Below are the four key areas that we will focus on during your program:
Food is not the enemy, and healthy eating doesn't mean cutting carbs, ditching dessert or saying sayonara to sauvignon blanc.
I’ll teach you how to choose nutritious food that YOUR unique body loves, without the rules and restrictions of the diet industry.
Fitness must be fun to be sustainable, and moving your body shouldn't just make you look great on the outside; it needs to make you feel great on the inside as well.
Together we'll develop your ideal exercise plan, one that keeps you fit and active without grueling hours spent on the treadmill!
By living mindfully you will feel overflowingly fulfilled, personally and professionally, and be able to break through old patterns of self sabotage.
You will learn how to reduce your stress, create more energy, and stay motivated to live a life that you love.
Self-love is what empowers you to embrace life, trust your gut, break up with negative habits, and give back to the world in a truly authentic way.

Here's How It Works
Your personal Fit, Feminine & Fabulous Program runs for 12 weeks and includes:
1 x 60 Minute Reboot Session: We'll start by reviewing your current lifestyle habits, then we'll establish your goals and get you set you up for success
5 x 50 Minute Coaching Calls: This is where I give you your step-by-step plan for improving your nutrition, fitness and lifestyle habits and help you track your progress towards your weight loss goals
5 x 20 Minute "Check-In" Calls: These bi-weekly calls are perfect for keeping you motivated and on-track, as well as troubleshooting any challenges in real time, and making course corrections as needed (premium clients only)
1 x 60 Minute Wrap Call: At the end of three months we'll jump back on the phone to review your program and your progress, and get you set up to continue to make exciting leaps forward in the future!
Session Summary: After each call you'll receive a summary of any customized recommendations, helpful tips and external resources that we discussed
Simple, Tasty Recipes & Workout Videos: Once a month you'll receive three easy-to-follow at home workouts, as well as tasty recipes that are easy to prepare (premium clients only)
Daily Support: You'll have access to me via email between session for questions, motivation and accountability (restrictions apply)
*All sessions are conducted via Skype or telephone.
**I only work with a select number of women at each time, to ensure that each client gets the attention that she deserves. A consultation must be scheduled to determine if you are the right fit for this program, and if I am the right coach for you.
