Over the past 9 years I've helped hundreds of women around the world lose weight, lower stress, and feel fit, healthy and happy.

But I never asked them to follow a strict diet or crazy exercise routine. In fact, these lovely ladies were so successful because I taught them about the super simple, step-by-step actions they needed to take to lose weight for good.  

My clients aren't the only ones who've transformed their bodies and lives with my program — I did too. Since 2015 I've lost over 40 pounds of body fat and healed my relationship with food.  

And I'm here to help you do the same, with guidance, accountability and total support.

The science is in: calories in versus calories out doesn't lead to weight loss. It's time to ignore the diet industry rules and get back to eating nutritious food that your body loves.

Physical Activity

You don’t have to spend hours at the gym or pay for an expensive personal trainer to reap the benefits of exercise. 

I’ll teach you the kinds of movement you need to do each day to get fit, move with ease, reduce aches and pains, and manage your weight.


Emotional Wellness

I will help you break through old patterns of self sabotage and overcome self doubt, so that you can finally achieve your weight loss goals.

Together we will develop strategies to help you deal with stress, increase motivation and stop feeling overwhelmed.

Here's How It Works

Your personal Lifestyle Reboot Program runs for 12 weeks and includes:

  • 1 x 75 Minute Reboot Session: We'll start by reviewing your current lifestyle habits, then we'll establish your goals and get you set you up for success.


  • 5 x 50 Minute Coaching Calls: This is where I give you your step-by-step plan for improving your nutrition, fitness and lifestyle habits and help you track your progress towards your weight loss goals.


  • Session Summary: After each call you'll receive a summary of any customized recommendations, helpful tips and external resources that we discussed.  


  • Weekly Accountability: You're not in this alone! Each week we'll have an email check-in where we can make sure you're staying on track and chat about any course corrections that you might need.


  • Super Tasty Recipes & Workout Videos: Twice a month you'll receive three easy-to-follow at home workouts, as well as tasty recipes that are easy to prepare (VIP Clients Only).


  • Daily Support: You'll have direct access to me via email Monday - Friday for questions, motivation and accountability (VIP Clients Only).
